What we do with your details
Short version: we use your phone number to call you back about your appointment, and nothing else.
What we collect
If you fill in the appointment request form, we collect the name, phone number, and any other details you choose to give us — email, service, stylist preference, the times that suit you, and your notes. If you use the feedback form, we collect your rating and what you wrote, plus your name and phone number if you add them.
What we do with it
We use it to call or text you back about your appointment or your feedback. That's the whole purpose. We don't sell it, we don't rent it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to a private Google Sheet belonging to the salon, and a copy is emailed to the salon. Google processes that data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept while they're useful for running the salon and contacting you. If you'd like yours removed, call us and ask — we'll delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive the request for the font file.
Your choices
You never have to use a form on this site. Calling (908) 788-2900 or walking in works just as well, and leaves no record here at all.
